Windows XP and maybe Windows 7 Problem

If you are using Windows XP its most likely that you get this error when getting outside the house:

This is because the game is trying to locate you using the Weather Gadget in the sidebar, to use the day/night feature.

One way to fix this, is to use the computers clock for the day/night feature, I will have to do this as an alternate version for XP users.
I will probably have this alternate version for BETA 4.0
